Delete your account
You can delete your Petanque Life account at any time — in the app, or without the app by email.
In the app
- Open the Petanque Life app and sign in.
- Go to Privacy and data → Delete my account.
- Confirm. The account is closed immediately and deleted for good after 30 days.
During the 30 days you can undo the deletion by signing in again. After that the account and its personal data cannot be restored.
Without the app
Send an email from the address you sign in with to support@petanque.life.
Write "Delete my account" and include your name and, if you have one, your licence number, so that we can identify the account. We confirm by email when the request has been handled; the same 30-day grace period applies.
What is deleted and what is kept
Your profile, sign-in, consents, devices and the content you have provided are deleted. Data your federation must keep by law — for example accounting records, or anonymised results in official competition records — is kept for the statutory period only.
